VIP Recaharge problem

Hey guys i know some people including myself have had problems recharging their VIP and get confused at the message that comes up when trying to click on it again 'Please view your VIP status by visiting your account history'.
To find this you need to go back to your login page 'official website' then at the top in the middle there is your 'ACCOUNT' which takes you off to a different page which is your 'R2 section'.
Then in the middle somewhere you will find a set of tabs saying 'Account, Games, Messages, Friends, Order History, VIP State' you then click the one i've coloured 'red' .
If this says nothing you will have to wait 2-3 days for it to reset and try again.
If this again doesn't work try instead of clicking 'Confirm' on the recharge page click 'Change' and re-enter your details.
